Frequently asked

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Open Jerk4Kirk and tap Settings → Restore Purchases. The game asks Apple or Google to re-verify any cosmetic skins and unspent power-ups attached to your store account.

I lost my leaderboard score.

Leaderboard entries are tied to an anonymous device id. If you uninstalled the game, switched phones, or wiped storage, the device id is gone and the score with it. We cannot recover it because we never knew who you were — that is also why we do not require an account.

The game won't connect to the leaderboard.

Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the leaderboard view shows "Offline", pull down to refresh. Posting a score requires the game to reach our servers; offline runs are saved as local scores instead.

How do I get a refund?

In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play. Refunds are governed by their refund policies. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use Google Play → Account → Order History.

A leaderboard handle is offensive — how do I report it?

Email [email protected] with a screenshot and the date/time. We review and remove handles that violate our Terms (hate speech, harassment, impersonation, promotion of real-world violence).

Why is the game asking for the microphone?

It is not. Jerk4Kirk does not request the microphone or camera. If your store listing shows microphone permission, that is a system-level artifact from a dependency we have explicitly disabled — the binary cannot record audio.

Is the game available outside the US?

Yes. The game is available worldwide on iOS and Android. The pundit characters are an American satire, but the gameplay is universal: tap left, tap right, do not get plinked.
